Welcome to my boat!

I have been living in Cancun for over five years now and have generally chartered fishing boats when the need arose; what I found was that they all go to the same empty spots and don't go out far or deep enough. I decided to buy my own boat and now am looking for like minded individuals who are coming to Cancun and want to do some serious fishing!

A full day on the water, then back for a bbq of fresh catch of the day along with salad, rice, and of course some ice cold beer. Yes, there is wine for the ladies as well (I do enjoy a cup or five from time to time myself especially with seafood). Let's plan your next adventure fishing in the Caribbean!!

Bienvenidos to one of our Boatsetter’s favorite regions, Mexico! Mexico has always been a favorite destination for American tourists, but more and more international visitors are discovering its many charms. The country is massive and connected to both the Pacific Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico. With tropical destinations like Cancun to the milder beaches of Tijuana, here you can truly escape into the stunning nature, beautiful cities and amazing cuisines. And the best way to truly discover it all is by chartering a boat to have a one of a kind vacation experience in Mexico!

Discovering Mexico’s Incredible Natural Beauty. What draws most visitors to Mexico is its warm climate. Except for when you are in the highest regions of the Sierra Madre mountains, you can easily escape the winter blues and trade your hat and gloves for snorkeling and fishing gear. Most people begin by heading along Mexico’s Caribbean coast as they make their way from popular destinations like Cancun and Tulum and towards the incredible islands located nearby.

Savor the Regional Cuisines of Mexico. Most people think they have an idea of Mexican food. They think loads of cheese, sour cream all piled onto dishes like nachos and fajitas. This is a lot like thinking that General Tso’s Chicken is authentic Chinese food. Real Mexican food is highly regionally specific and contains gems like Mole from Oaxaca, Sinaloa style chicken and fresh ceviche in Ensenada. Most Mexican food is actually very healthy and, also, not spicy. You can also add some heat if you wish, but it's more focused on balancing the complexity of flavors.

Finding Your Perfect Vacation. More than anything, Mexico offers visitors the convenience of having a stress-free vacation. It’s major cities like Mexico City, Guadalajara, Puerto Vallarta, and Los Cabos are connected to countless destinations across the world. Best of all, you can be on the beach or on the boat in no time as the country has pushing to streamline tourism to make it simpler and easier for travelers. At the end of the day, Mexico has something to offer everyone from the fisherman looking for the prize catch to history buff wanting to discover ancient churches and castles to the gourmet who wants to find some of the best food in the world. It’s all there and ready for you explore!
