The Ariston was the boat that Carlo Riva was most fond of. He described it as being ‘designed with love, born pure and strong like a pedigree horse.  Unforgettable! It was my lord of the sea.’  A smooth yet sporty ride, this boat was made for Lake Como.  First launch in 1962 and last refit in 2017.  Chrisler Cors USA 177 hp engine.  Price includes: fuel, driver, drinks (prosecco, soft drinks, & water), pickup, dropoff, private guided tour at Villa del Balbianello and VAT 22%. Built in the 17th century, St. Giorgia is one of the most famous, but was actually built on the site of an even more ancient church! The town is widely hailed for its amazing studies as it was home to the Laglio-born artist Stefano Salterio whose works continues to illuminate the village.

You can even hike up to the nearby mountains and explore the Hole of the Bear where numerous fossils have begin to discover. Best of all is sailing along the coast and seeing Mount Torriggia where all kinds of birds from hawks, kites, and migrating flocks from all over Europe can be found.
